Absolwentka Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego (filologia klasyczna) oraz studiów podyplomowych w Instytucie Badań Literackich PAN (filologia polska, wiedza o kulturze). Nauczycielka mindfulness i compassion (Institute for Mindfulness-based Approaches i Polski Instytut Mindfulness). Ukończyła kurs trenerski Stowarzyszenia Trenerów Organizacji Pozarządowych. Przez 27 lat pracowała jako nauczycielka licealna. Prowadzi kursy i warsztaty dla dorosłych i młodzieży dotyczące przede wszystkim redukcji stresu, rezyliencji i regulacji emocji. Prowadzi bloga mindfulnessowego „Stacja Teraz”.
