Tworzy treści kursów Nauczycielskiej Akademii Internetowej oraz dba o merytoryczny rozwój zespołu (trenerów i mentorów) w tym działaniu. Współpracuje z dyrektorami i nauczycielami jako asystentka szkół w programie „Szkoła ucząca się” i w projekcie „Szkoła dla innowatora”. Prowadzi warsztaty dla nauczycieli i dyrektorów.
