Autor publikacji naukowych i ekspertyz, a także publikacji metodycznych i przewodników dla nauczycieli oraz dyrekcji szkół. Inicjator i twórca programów edukacyjnych i programów doskonalenia dla placówek oświatowych.
Członek Rady Programowej Centrum Nauki Kopernik. Uczestnik programu International Visitor Leadership Program Departamentu Stanu USA. Absolwent Leadership Academy for Poland.
