Koordynatorka pierwszej, pilotażowej edycji Programu MOGĘ. Absolwentka psychologii (Uniwersytet SWPS), zarządzania w logistyce (Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego) oraz zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi (Uniwersytet SWPS).
W pracy łączy wiedzę psychologiczną z doświadczeniem logistycznym w zarządzaniu projektami. Prowadzi warsztaty psychoedukacyjne oraz treningi funkcji poznawczych.
Jest wolontariuszką w Centrum Aktywności Międzypokoleniowej „Nowolipie” oraz w Fundacji Pomocy Psychologicznej i Edukacji Społecznej „Razem”.
